So refreshing that Danielle has joined us today, as well as lifting the sleazy stigma surrounding Insurance we are taken back to the roots and gently reminded of traditional marketing and customer care.

Danielle is a Medicare insurance expert and the co-founder at Boomer Benefits and she has built a ‘real business’ around insurance talking to us about some of the sales tips and techniques that you can use for products which aren’t your own. Even if you aren’t into insurance or finance industries this is definitely an interesting must listen to episode.

In This Episode:

  • Educate the Consumer
  • Customer Experience
  • Brand Value
  • Problem Solving
  • Traditional Marketing

“If you believe in the product, if it's something you have and you understand, it becomes so much easier to sell to someone else.” - Danielle

“It is all about solving a problem for somebody and saying how can we help you then helping them make the most informed decision.“ - Jess

“You just have to come in and focus on the task at hand and say, I'm going to do everything I can today to make this business grow so that we're a little bit bigger tomorrow, and what are the activities that I can put in place here.“ - Danielle

“Ultimately, that brand value is really stuck with you through your business and it's what's taking you to that next level. “ - Jess

“If you're thinking about selling a product that isn't your own, I really think you need to seriously think about the initial investment costs.“ - Danielle
